At the same time, it is centrally located and only a short distance from the Cape’s many points of historic interest, magnificent views, famed dining places and the well-known Cape and Falmouth Playhouses. Nearby Hyannis has an excellent shopping center, theatres and restaurants. Enjoy your favourite sport too: golf, tennis, fishing and boating are all available locally. Nowhere is swimming more pleasant than here on the South Shore where the summer temperature of the water averages 70f to 72f.
Many of the twenty cottages on the resort are faithful replicas of famous Cape Cod homes and other buildings, including the Village School, the Wagon Shed and the Blacksmith Shop. South Cape Resort is a complex of 55 townhouse condominiums, located in Mashpee, near to Falmouth and just a short drive from South Cape Beach. Green Harbor is an idyllic luxury resort with its own private beach situated on Lewis Bay, Cape Cod, within easy reach of Hyannis and all its shops, restaurants, museums and theatres. As well as its own private beach there is a heated swimming pool and lovely gardens, so is the perfect spot to relax. It is also a superb location for families and for taking part in the many activities that are on offer.
Some of the amenities offered are canoeing, rowing boats, a beach playground, bikes, mini golf, shuffleboard, fishing, guided beach walks and basketball. There is a kids program (seasonal) with trained counselors hosting daily activities such as lawn games, golf, arts and crafts, face painting, magic tricks, balloon animals and T-shirt decorating, to name a few!.
The Studio accommodations have well equipped kitchenettes including coffee maker, microwave and BBQ. They are all air conditioned, have bathroom, cable TV, VCR, data port, radio and telephone. They have a king size bed, bathroom and some also have a sofabed.
The 1 and 2 bedroom units have fully equipped kitchens, are air conditioned and have patio/deck areas with a view of the water. All units have bathroom, cable TV, VCR, data port, radio and telephone. The 1 bedroom units have 2 queen size beds in the bedroom and a double sofabed in the living area. The 2 bedroom units have 2 double beds in the first bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom, as well as a double sofabed in the living area.
There are on-site laundry facilities. Daily housekeeping is provided with linens changed every third day and complimentary high-speed wireless internet is also provided.
